Our production process currently operates in a 5,500 m2 facility where we handle the entirety of production processes, from the adaptation of raw materials to the finished product.

Tooling
We develop all our molds and production devices with modern machines and German CAD-CAM software, equipped with machining centers and CNC lathes, as well as penetration and wire EDM. This area allows us to continuously develop new products.
Production
We have a modern production system for products, with machining of forged parts, cutting of pipes, preparation of rubber compound in three open mixers, and 28 injection machines of European origin. We reduce the outer diameter of each Silent-block to eliminate internal stresses and phosphate to protect against oxidation.
Laboratory
We control and monitor raw materials, processes, and finished products in an equipped laboratory and a testing room. These places are important for auditing and controlling compliance with specifications for raw materials, production processes, and safety standards, satisfying current regulations.

In an area of 2000 m2, this key area operates for the efficient service of our distributor network.
It has rack lines with spaces designed for forklift circulation, easy storage, and quick identification of items for efficient order preparation.
We also have automatic packaging machines that significantly speed up product packaging and barcode coding for traceability.
The main objective of VTH's commercial department is to maintain a personalized relationship with its distributors, addressing and solving all the needs of our customers.
The delivery of goods to our distributor network is carried out by our own fleet of vehicles specially designed for such requirements.
